Esmeralda Residential complex is located in Lo Marabú area, one part of Ciudad Quesada neighborhood, in the municipality of Rojales.
The whole area has undergone rapid growth in recent years, which has also contributed to providing it with good and varied services, and good roads that ensure fast and safe transportation.
Therefore, the visitor can enjoy the Mediterranean coast and the interior of Alicante province in a short period of time and distance.
Those who have decided to spend the night and enjoy a pleasant stay in Ciudad Quesada, will discover that this part of Rojales is a good example of what the mixture of cultures and nationalities means.
We have already lost count of the number.
Truly, if we didn´t know that we are in Spain we´d think that we are anywhere else in Great Britain or Ireland, to give just one example.
In fact, the stay in Ciudad Quesada can be a good opportunity to “dust off” our English.
Spending a few days in Ciudad Quesada and Rojales will give us the chance to enjoy in summertime the “Aquapark” , the water park, which is the second largest in the Valencian Region. This park is 21,000 m² big, full of facilities, and usually opens from the end of May until the beginning of September.
Likewise, whether we like it or not to play golf or feel attracted to benefits, services and atmosphere of a good golf course, we should not leave the area without first visiting the “La Marquesa”, just 10 minutes by car from “Esmeralda Residential”.
We should also add to both trips “without excuse” a guided visit to the Natural Park, which in its great extension borders Lo Marabú area of Ciudad Quesada.
In fact, the Natural Park and “Esmeralda Residencial” are “neighbors”.
The access to the Park is located in front of Torrelamata, a neihborhood belonging to Torrevieja, leaving the 332 National Road.
And once we are in the municipality of Rojales, we should immerse ourselves in its history, visiting at least the Archaeological Museum and the Rodeo “Caves” in the old part of the town, that will cause us a really great surprise and admiration.
A stay at “Esmeralda Residential” will guarantee the peace, rest and family atmosphere that guests are looking for an extended stay, holidays or getaways.
Our private complex will also be the starting point to go to some other destinations in the area, such as the attractive coastal village of Guardamar del Segura, which is close to “Esmeralda Residential”, as well.
In Guardamar, visits to the estuary of the Segura River and the “Marina de las Dunas” Port will be obliged. It will also be obligatory to enjoy its beaches and the lovely view of its dunes, the pine forest and the wonderful parks, right in the center of the village. You should visit its archaeological sites, as well.
During summertime, why not, you may have some fun with the local festivities of “Moors and Christians”.
Some other trips that don´t involve a great effort are those that will take you to Orihuela and Elche. Alicante City, capital of the province, is also relatively close; just 45 minutes by car.
And if you dare to drive direction to Murcia, you´ll discover some beautiful villages, such as San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier; both are at a short distance.
As you may see, all this and much more is what you are missing up to date, but what you´ll be able to enjoy if staying in “Esmeralda Residential”.
