This wonderful 2 bedroom semi-detached property is further away from the common area of “Esmeralda Residential”. This location will allow the visitor “not to hear any splash” coming from the water of our swimming-pool.

The access to the pool area is through the back plot of the house, and all the way along the central hall of the complex.

Talking about distances, it´s just one minute thirty seconds to get to the swimming-pool area.

Our 2 bedroom semi-detached house is number 16, entering Jorge Martínez Aspar Avenue.

The property has got 190 m2, built on a 151 m2 private plot.

The property was designed on 4 floors, and include an underbuilt – quiet similar to a 56 m² flat – and the solarium on top.

The main entrance has a roofed wooden pergola.

Inside the property, our semi-detached has got a main area on ground and first floors, and includes:

the kitchen and laundry gallery, a shower toilet, bathroom, main bedroom and an additional bedroom with a small terrace, besides the living-room, and a spacious terrace on first floor.

This described area is ready for a maximum of 4 people, and offers a double bed and a trundle bed (2 beds).

Depending on the number of guests, the underbuilt floor will be opened or closed.

This part of the house is ready for another 2 people (so, a máximum of 6 guests in the property), and includes: a sitting-room and bedroom area with a double bed and a shower toilet.

The property has been equipped and prepared with the intention of making you feel at home.

The appliances also include a dishwasher, microwave oven and an electric cooking plate.

The underbuilt area, the sitting-room and the 2 bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

We don´t forget, of course, the TV in the main sitting-room and underbuilt floor, and the WIFI system for the whole property.

Likewise, you´ll find a safe-deposit box in the built-in closet of the master bedroom.

If necessary, we will provide a crib at no additional cost. 

The front plot of our 2 bedroom semi-detached will receive you with some garden furniture and an awning; and the back plot, with artificial grass floor – as a green carpet -, garden furniture and umbrella, and a portable barbecue.

The house also has a one car parking area on front plot.

All our properties for tourist accommodation are prepared with the appropriate household items, and include bed linen and towels for the guests.

RATES

High season (from June 16th to September 15th + Bank Holidays + Easter + Christmas time):

  • Up to 4 PEOPLE: 110€ / Night + 100€ departure cleaning tax + 250€ deposit
  • From 5 to 6 PEOPLE: 145€ / Night + 110€ departure cleaning tax + 250€ deposit

Low season (the rest of the year):

  • Up to 4 PEOPLE: 80€ / Night + 100€ departure cleaning tax + 250€ deposit
  • From 5 to 6 PEOPLE: 115€ / Night + 110€ departure cleaning tax + 250€ deposit

Reservations, 2 nights minimum. Pets are not allowed.

The maximum capacity of this chalet is 6 guests.

The current pandemic situation requires compliance with the restrictions that may be discussed by the government of the nation and by the Valencian government.

The maximum number of occupants will therefore be limited to the maximum allowed by the competent authorities.
